Dinner last night was a simple pasta thing. There are some nights that are ripe for a slap-dash meal. The water for pasta was put on, with a spray of oil from a spray bottle I keep next to the stove.
The rotini was cooking as I shredded chicken off the bone from a few nights before. The caramalized onion and fennel was also still available, a good addition to Pre-made pasta sauce.
Being simple, it was easy to feed many people with the noodles and sauce, letting me experiment with the presentation with each plate.
In my household, there is no such thing as leftovers, just Pre-cooked ingredients.
